Our mission is simple: to restore your mobility while your car is being repaired and your claim is being resolved.
We provide rental vehicles on a lien basis — meaning no upfront cost to you — and coordinate directly with your personal injury attorney and the property damage carrier every step of the way.*
⚠️ Please note: Vehicle delivery, rental terms, and extensions are subject to approval and availability. Approval requires confirmation that you were not at fault and that adequate insurance coverage exists to fund the rental.*
Your attorney (or you, with your attorney’s information) sends us your case details. We begin your file and start the verification process.
Our team confirms you were not at fault and verifies insurance coverage with the responsible carrier.
No vehicle is dispatched until this approval step is complete.*
Once approved, we assign a vehicle from our available inventory. Vehicle class and model are not guaranteed and are always based on current availability.*
After your approval is complete, we aim to deliver your vehicle within 24 hours or less, to your home, office, repair shop, or other preferred location, depending on availability.*
– Fully Approved Rentals: Issued for a maximum 10-day term. At the end of this period, QuickRide will re-evaluate your case and, in coordination with your attorney and the insurance carrier, determine if an extension may be granted.
– Conditionally Approved Rentals: Issued for a maximum 3-day term while we verify additional information. Once full approval is obtained, the rental may be converted or extended as appropriate.
QuickRide manages the entire property damage process — including carrier communication, extension requests, and documentation — so you can focus on your recovery.*
When your personal vehicle is repaired or your claim is resolved, we coordinate pickup and finalize your file.*
